Eric Anthony Grollman is a PhD candidate in the Department of Sociology at Indiana University (IU). Eric is a scholar, broadly defined, placing importance on research, teaching, and service, and the relationships among these domains of the academy.
As a researcher, Eric focuses broadly on medical sociology, social psychology, sexualities, race/class/gender, race and ethnicity, and sex and gender. In particular, Eric examines 1) the role sexual identity plays in individuals’ non-sexual lives, and 2) the physical, mental, and sexual health consequences of prejudice and discrimination.
