My broad research interests include human-computer interaction, social informatics, information architecture, networking and information visualization as it pertains to the entire information life cycle. My current work has involved exploring the theories, frameworks, and methods used to examine management of social relationships in social network sites (SNS). I'm particularly interested in Erving Goffman's concept of impression management.
