Jarrett Farmer Must... finish... thesis...
Linda Comer How do you ever narrow your interests enough to develop a focus, a platform for research and theory development? Right now, I am focusing in on leadership development among nursing faculty. And having pangs of letting go of such broad reading and involvement, yet knowing I must focus to develop a body of work in one area. While I will miss being a butterfly, I think I will ultimately benefit and grow.
